Dr. Garima Sharma
Dr. Garima Sharma is an accomplished Australia trained Endodontist with over two decades of clinical expertise, of practising in Australia. She served as the President of the Australian Society of Endodontology (ASE, NSW branch 2022 - 24), contributing towards the profession. As a Senior Lecturer of Endodontics at the University of Sydney, and being a CPD presenter for the Australian Dental Association (ADA), she has dynamically led sharing of knowledge and experience with students and peers alike.
In addition to academic and clinical work, she holds leadership roles internationally, serving as the Oceania Regent and a Board Director for the International Federation of Endodontic Associations (IFEA). Her contributions to science and the health industry have been recognized with an award from the Hindu Council of Australia.
Conjugating to her academic, clinical, and professional work, she leads a pivotal role as the Director Administration at RSD Hospital. In this capacity, she oversees the hospital’s operational and administrative functions, ensuring comfortable patient care journey, staff management and efficiency, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Her leadership extends to strategic planning, resource allocation, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. With a keen focus on maintaining high standards of health care, she passionately drives initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. Her ability to balance clinical insight with administrative acumen has been instrumental in the hospital’s branding, and building a stronger success and growth story.
